Staying at Santacruz was a great experience! The location right by the park was perfect for strolling around, and the prices are unbeatable for such a spot. Just a heads up, my room faced an internal space, so no great views out the window.

Excellent Location with Room for Improvement

I really loved the location of this hotel, right across from San Francisco Park and just a short walk to the old town. The building has a lot of character, but it does feel like it needs some refurbishment. My room was basic and faced an internal space with no view, which was a slight downside, but it didn't bother me much since I was out exploring most of the time.

Wi-Fi was reliable for planning trips. check-in took way too long yet staff was friendly.

I loved the location of Santacruz, situated right opposite Campo de San Francisco, which made it easy for me to walk everywhere. The room, although basic as expected for its star rating, was comfortable enough. Despite some noise from neighbors, I was generally satisfied with my stay, as I spent most of my time exploring the area. The free WiFi was a great asset for planning my work schedule.
